Serving the Community. Supporting our Mission.
Ontario ARC operates several business ventures that service the community at large while raising money to help sustain our core mission. These unique ventures sprang from activities in which we were already engaged, that we realized could have a community-facing value. Participants in our Pet Connections™ therapy program, for example, help bottle products that are available for consumer retail. Similarly, staff involved in Pet Connections™ also offer community dog obedience classes. Buses that transport our program participants between locations are also available as transportation services for private bookings.
BAD DOG™ Spa
BAD DOG Spa is a modern twist on the traditional pet grooming joint. BAD DOG Spa offers paid employment opportunities for people with disabilities, and all of our grooming packages include the use of our own BAD DOG Shampoo which is bottled, labeled and shipped on-site.
Proceeds from the BAD DOG Spa benefit Pet Connections at Ontario ARC – an innovative and exciting program that connects animals and people with disabilities.
