Job Description: The Habilitation Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of assigned unit(s). Serves as the immediate supervisor for assigned Direct Support Professionals. Coordinates meaningful activities that promote participant valued outcomes as identified in their Individual Service Plans. Ensures active and meaningful habilitation is provided ongoing in accordance with OPWDD regulations. Implements and supervises general program functions. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to promote the well-being of participants and the protection of their individual rights. Demonstrates the agency mission, vision and values, as well as ensures the practice of these by Direct Support Professionals.
Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Special Education or closely related field and over (1) year experience working with those who have developmental disabilities or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have no lifting restrictions and able to be Van Certified. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Successful completion of mandatory training requirements within first three (3) months of hire, including certification in SCIP-R and CPR.

Job Requirements: Must Have: College degree in computer science or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and over five (5) years of experience providing technical desktop and network support in a multi-platform environment for small to medium sized companies. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Network performance tuning, LAN/WAN knowledge, network design and implementation, problem solving, quality focus, technical understanding. Good communication and organizational skills required. Experience in administration of Microsoft networking environments. Experience in VMWare virtualized SAN network environments preferred. CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification desired. Job Description: Replaces FT residential staff on an as needed basis. Provides supervision and assistance to residential consumers on an individual or small group basis. Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience and at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience.

Job Description: Implements coaching plan with newly hired and transferred Skills Instructors and Program Substitutes. Ensures residential site is properly staffed to meet the daily needs of the site. Provides training and implements individual goals and services according to Residential Habilitative Plan with individuals in the residential setting. Is a resource to site staff providing training, orientation, and direction on the day-to-day routine of the site, resident routines, and agency policies and procedures. Maintains knowledge of procedures and systems in the operation of the residential setting including medical procedures and medication ordering, recreation, Single Personal Record, nutrition and menu planning, and site finances.
Job Requirements: High school diploma and over one year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience. Valid NYS Driver’s License with no moving violations twelve (12) months prior to hire. Will be required to obtain and maintain Occasional Driver Certification and Agency Driver Certification. Must be 21 years of age to meet these requirements. Will also be required to obtain and maintain Medication Certification.

Remains awake and on duty throughout the night.
