Job Description: Responsibilities require supervisory and accounting skills. This position reports to and supports the Associate Executive Director, CFO. Responsibilities include performing a variety of analytical, accounting and reporting duties. The position will continuously review and improve processes and procedures. Position’s responsibilities include internal and external financial reporting, financial analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting across the organization.

Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, minimum of 4+ years accounting experience. • Must have strong supervisory skills. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, managerial, analytical, problem solving and keen attention to detail skills. • Excellent Excel skills. • Experience using accounting software. Microsoft Dynamics - Great Plains experience is a plus.

Classification: Part Time, 15-20 hours per week

Job Description: Provides habilitation support services to individuals, including children, adults and elderly persons with developmental disabilities, generally on a small group or one-to-one basis in a variety of settings. Provides training opportunities designed to enhance each person’s self-sufficiency in the areas of personal independence, community integration and productivity. Promotes the well being of participants and the protection of their individual rights, through the support of agency mission, vision and values. Maintains the confidentiality of participants’ personal information, in accordance with legal requirements

Job Requirements: . Must be 18. HS diploma or an equivalent amount of education/experience and one year of experience preferred. Valid NYS Driver’s license with no moving violations for twelve months prior to hire.

Conditions of Employment: Successful completion of mandatory training requirements within first three (3) months of hire, including, but not limited to certification in Behavior Management (SCIP-R), Lifting and other physical assistance techniques, CPR and First Aid. Medication Administration certification and Agency Driver Certification.

Job Description: Charged with the timely pick up and delivery of Abbey Industries, Eberhardt Center, Recreation and contract services passengers, assuring their safety and providing the necessary supervision and direction to ensure this. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain and protect the individual rights of passengers. Promotes and maintains positive and professional communication.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, and over one year applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. No moving violations for 12 months prior to hire. Valid NYS Commercial Drivers License C with Passenger Endorsement or willing to acquire within 30 days of hire. Must be Department of Motor Vehicles 19?A certifiable. Must participate in mandatory drug and alcohol testing program.

Job Description: To provide work and on-the-job training services for individuals participating in Supported Employment and Prevocational services.

Job Description: Responsible for direct supervision of program participants working at group placement sites. Provide training, positive role model and direction to insure assigned contracts are completed in a timely fashion with emphasis on quality control and safety.

Job Requirements: High school diploma and one (1) year relevant work experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience. Successful completion and maintenance of agency-sponsored CPR/1st Aid certification. Must be completed within first 90 days of employment.

Classification: Maintenance Assistant

Salary Information: $10.63 - $11.38

Job Description: Facilities Assistant - Full Time - 40 Hours Responsible for the overall maintenance of all Ontario ARC sites, which includes, all seasonal responsibilities of general landscape maintenance to comprise but not be limited to all lawn care, shrub planting and trimming. This position will be responsible for painting interior and exterior of all sites, as well as assisting the Maintenance Specialists, as needed.

Job Requirements: High school diploma and a combination of two (2) years experience in painting/landscaping maintenance or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Conditions of Employment: Secures agency driver status and completes Visions (orientation sessions), CPR and First Aid training within 3 months of hire.

Job Description: Performs a variety of supervisory, resident related and program administrative functions to ensure efficient day to day operation of assigned residential sites or departments. Has general responsibility for the overall development, implementation, periodic review and revision of residential habilitation plans for all residents. Serves as QMRP for residential habilitation plans for assigned sites. Helps to ensure a homelike environment is maintained in a safe, sanitary, and attractive condition. Ensures that program policies and procedures are implemented or observed by staff, to promote the well being of residents and the protection of their individual rights, and while ensuring individualized services are provided.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services Field and over three (3) years relevant experience including one (1) year performing or participating in assessments and service planning for the developmentally disabled or other population and one (1) year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Valid NYS Driver's License with no moving violations 12 months prior to date of hire.

Conditions of Employment: CPR and First Aid certification. SCIP certification, if necessary. Medication Administration Certification. Certification to drive agency vehicles and Occasional Driver certification. Dependent upon site, may need certification to give Diabetic Injections.

Classification: Flexible Schedule

Salary Information: $10.63-$11.38/hour

Job Description: Replaces FT residential staff on an as needed basis. Provides supervision and assistance to residential consumers on an individual or small group basis. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being and safety of residents, the protection of their individual rights, and the provision of individualized services.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience and at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience.

Conditions of Employment: CPR, First Aid Certification, SCIP, agency orientation and required agency trainings. Medication Administration, van certification, and occasional driver certification is optional, but program subs who acquire all three will receive additional compensation.

Job Description: Responsible for site oversight, including scheduling and supervision of DSP’s. Involved in problem solving and day to day conflict resolution. Communicates regularly with all members of the team, including families. Is a resource to site staff providing and scheduling necessary trainings as well as providing direction on the day-to-day routine of the site, participant routines, and agency policies and procedures. Ensures active and meaningful habilitation is provided in accordance with OPWDD regulations. Implements and supervises general program functions. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to ensure safety of and promote the well-being of participants and the protection of their individual rights. Maintains knowledge of procedures and systems in the operation of the setting, which may include medical procedures, medication ordering, recreation, nutrition and menu planning, and site finances as well as all related documentation. Demonstrates the agency mission, vision and values, as well as ensures the practice of these by Direct Support Professionals

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and over one year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience. Field- specific experience preferred. Valid NYS Driver's License with no moving violations twelve (12) months prior to hire.

Conditions of Employment: CPR and First Aid Certification and Medication Administration. Positive Approaches. All Staff are Teachers training and peer coach designation. Will be required to obtain and maintain Agency Driver Certification. Successful completion and maintenance of agency-sponsored CPR/1st Aid certification. Job Requirements: H.S. Diploma and one (1) year experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Reliable means of transportation and safe driving record.

Conditions of Employment: Specialized training and/or certification in Positive Approaches, Lifting and other physical assistance techniques. CPR and First Aid.

Classification: Full time, 40 hours

Salary Information: $40,100/year ($19.27/hr)

Job Description: May serve as QMRP to oversee Individual Residential plans. Provides training to residents in the activities of daily living on an individual and small group basis. Develops and implements individual goals and services recommended by the treatment team. Trains site staff on proper implementation, methods, and time frames. Candidates with QMRP requirements (with at least one year of working with those who have developmental disabilities) preferred.

Classification: Part Time & Full Time, Evening & Overnight Hours

Salary Information: $11.21-$11.96/hour

Job Description: Provides training to residential consumers in the activities of daily living skills and on an individual and small group basis. Implements individual goals and services recommended by the treatment team, according to methods, time frames, outlined by Residential Habilitation Plans. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being of residents and the protection of their individuals rights, while ensuring individualized services. Remains awake and on duty throughout the night.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Will be required to obtain and maintain Medication Certification.

Salary Information: $12.08- $14.13 per hour

Job Description: Responsible for staff supervision and management of community and/or group employment opportunities. Promote the concept of Person Centered Planning, Self-Advocacy, and Empowerment in an effort to assist individuals in making informed choices. Ensures effective delivery of service to participants, internal customers and external customers, to include customer service, quality assurance, and adherence to business customer specifications, job design/layout, work-force supervision. Performs Employment Specialist tasks, as necessary.

Job Requirements: Associate’s degree in Health, Human Services or a related field and over three years of work experience, preferably in working with disabled people or training of others, or equivalent combination.

Conditions of Employment: Must attend all required Innovations trainings offered by OPWDD. Must complete Agency Driver Certification within 3 months of hire.
