Salary Information: $10.51-$11.26/hour

Job Description: Charged with the timely pick up and delivery of Abbey Industries, Eberhardt Center, Recreation and contract services passengers, assuring their safety and providing the necessary supervision and direction to ensure this. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain and protect the individual rights of passengers. Promotes and maintains positive and professional communication.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, and over one year applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. No moving violations for 12 months prior to hire. Valid NYS Commercial Drivers License C with Passenger Endorsement or willing to acquire within 30 days of hire. Must be Department of Motor Vehicles 19?A certifiable. Must participate in mandatory drug and alcohol testing program.

Classification: Full Time

Salary Information: $10.510$11.26/hr

Job Description: To provide work and on-the-job training services for individuals participating in Supported Employment and Prevocational services.

Job Requirements: High school diploma and three (3) years of relevant experience.

Ensure compliance with Agency policies and procedures to maintain and protect the individual rights of passengers. Promotes and maintains a positive and professional atmosphere for passengers

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. No moving violations for 12 months prior to hire. Valid NYS Commercial Driver’s License class C with unrestricted Passenger Endorsement or willing to acquire within thirty (30) days of hire. Must be Department of Motor Vehicles 19 A certifiable

Additonal Information: M – F, hours will fall between 5 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Varied schedule to be determined each week. Days/routes will vary Flexibility required. Great opportunity for someone who likes a little variety and doesn’t want the worry of having to bid on routes to maintain full time benefits.

Salary Information: $9.93-$10.68/hour

Job Description: Replaces FT residential staff on an as needed basis. Provides supervision and assistance to residential consumers on an individual or small group basis. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being and safety of residents, the protection of their individual rights, and the provision of individualized services.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience and at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience.

Conditions of Employment: CPR, First Aid Certification, SCIP, agency orientation and required agency trainings. Medication Administration, van certification, and occasional driver certification is optional, but program subs who acquire all three will receive additional compensation.

Classification: Sunday-Thursday, 7am-3pm

Salary Information: $11.38-$13.43/HR

Job Description: Responsible for site oversight, including scheduling and supervision of DSP’s. Involved in problem solving and day to day conflict resolution. Communicates regularly with all members of the team, including families. Is a resource to site staff providing and scheduling necessary trainings as well as providing direction on the day-to-day routine of the site, participant routines, and agency policies and procedures. Ensures active and meaningful habilitation is provided in accordance with OPWDD regulations. Implements and supervises general program functions. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to ensure safety of and promote the well-being of participants and the protection of their individual rights. Maintains knowledge of procedures and systems in the operation of the setting, which may include medical procedures, medication ordering, recreation, nutrition and menu planning, and site finances as well as all related documentation. Demonstrates the agency mission, vision and values, as well as ensures the practice of these by Direct Support Professionals

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and over one year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience. Field- specific experience preferred. Valid NYS Driver's License with no moving violations twelve (12) months prior to hire. .

Conditions of Employment: CPR and First Aid Certification and Medication Administration. Positive Approaches. All Staff are Teachers training and peer coach designation. Will be required to obtain and maintain Agency Driver Certification.

Classification: Part Time, evening and weekend hours

Salary Information: $9.93-$10.68/HR

Job Description: Responsible for conducting agency recreation activities, including leisure time and social events, Special Children's Rec programs, and Special Olympics Training Club. Observes agency policies and procedures to maintain an environment which promotes the well-being of participants and the protection of their individual rights, including the right to humane and dignified treatment.

Job Requirements: H.S. Diploma and one (1) year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Safe driving record.

Conditions of Employment: CPR and First Aid Certification. May be asked to become certified to drive agency vehicles.

Additonal Information: Part time hours, working in the children’s program Saturdays, week 2 and week 4, 9:30am-3:15pm Other events vary in days and times

Job Description: Provides training to residential consumers in the activities of daily living skills and on an individual and small group basis. Implements individual goals and services recommended by the treatment team, according to methods, time frames, outlined by Residential Habilitation Plans. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being of residents and the protection of their individuals rights, while ensuring individualized services. Remains awake and on duty throughout the night.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Will be required to obtain and maintain Medication Certification.

Conditions of Employment: CPR, First Aid and SCIP certification
