Classification: Part Time & Full Time, Evening & Overnight Hours
Salary Information: $10.30-$11.04/hour
Job Description: Provides training to residential consumers in the activities of daily living skills and on an individual and small group basis. Implements individual goals and services recommended by the treatment team, according to methods, time frames, outlined by Residential Habilitation Plans. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being of residents and the protection of their individuals rights, while ensuring individualized services. Remains awake and on duty throughout the night.
Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Will be required to obtain and maintain Medication Certification.
Conditions of Employment: CPR, First Aid and SCIP certification.

Classification: Temporary Position, Monday-Friday, 1-2 years
Salary Information: $30,000/year
Job Description: To assist the consumer in meeting immediate needs while promoting long term self advocacy, self direction and informed choice. Responsible for identification of needed and desired supports and services, and follow up to ensure the supports and services are being delivered and are appropriate.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field, or RN, and over one (1) year experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or one (1) year working as a Service Coordinator with any population. Must have a reliable means of transportation.

Salary Information: $10.30-$11.04/hour
Job Description: Charged with the timely pick up and delivery of Abbey Industries, Eberhardt Center, Recreation and contract services passengers, assuring their safety and providing the necessary supervision and direction to ensure this. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain and protect the individual rights of passengers. Promotes and maintains positive and professional communication.
Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, and over one year applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. No moving violations for 12 months prior to hire. Valid NYS Commercial Drivers License C with Passenger Endorsement or willing to acquire within 30 days of hire. Must be Department of Motor Vehicles 19?A certifiable. Must participate in mandatory drug and alcohol testing program.

Classification: Part Time & Full Time, Day Hours

Job Description: Provides habilitative support services to individuals, including children, adults and elderly persons with developmental disabilities, generally on a one-to-one basis in home and community settings. Provides training opportunities designed to enhance each consumer’s self sufficiency in the areas of personal independence, community integration and productivity. Observes agency policies and procedures to maintain an environment which promotes the well-being of participants and the protection of their individual rights, including the right to humane and dignified treatment.
Job Requirements: High school diploma and one (1) year of relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Reliable means of transportation and safe driving record.
Conditions of Employment: Specialized training and/or certification in Positive Approaches, lifting and other physical assistance techniques. CPR and First Aid.

Salary Information: $10.30-$12.98/hour
Job Description: Implements coaching plan with newly hired and transferred Skills Instructors and Program Substitutes. Ensures residential site is properly staffed to meet the daily needs of the site. Provides training and implements individual goals and services according to Residential Habilitative Plan with individuals in the residential setting. Is a resource to site staff providing training, orientation, and direction on the day-to-day routine of the site, resident routines, and agency policies and procedures. Maintains knowledge of procedures and systems in the operation of the residential setting including medical procedures and medication ordering, recreation, Single Personal Record, nutrition and menu planning, and site finances.
Job Requirements: High school diploma and over one year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience. Valid NYS Driver’s License with no moving violations twelve (12) months prior to hire. Will be required to obtain and maintain Occasional Driver Certification and Agency Driver Certification. Must be 21 years of age to meet these requirements. Will also be required to obtain and maintain Medication Certification.

Classification: Flexible Schedule
Salary Information: $9.74-$10.47/hour
Job Description: Replaces FT residential staff on an as needed basis. Provides supervision and  assistance to residential consumers on an individual or small group basis. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being and safety of residents, the protection of their individual rights, and the provision of individualized services.
Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience and at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience.
Conditions of Employment: CPR, First Aid Certification, SCIP, agency orientation and required agency trainings. Medication Administration, van certification, and occasional driver certification is optional, but program subs who acquire all three will receive additional compensation.

Classification: Full Time, Monday-Friday
Salary Information: $15.60-$21.41/hour
Job Description: Supports the development, implementation and on-going operations and monitoring of Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), desktop systems and other technological solutions to securely and effectively meet the information systems needs of the Agency. Offers level 2 support to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered by Agency users of various servers, network connectivity and equipment, remote connectivity, desktop systems, Internet and other computer technology.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in computer related field preferred with at least two (2) years of experience providing Level Two technical desktop and network support in a multi-platform environment for small to medium sized companies. (Or equivalent of education and experience.)
Additional Information: Skills – Network performance tuning, LAN/WAN knowledge, network design and implementation, problem solving, quality focus, technical understanding. Good communication and organizational skills required. Experience in administration of Microsoft networking environments. Experience in VMWare virtualized SAN network environments preferred. CompTIA Network+ certification desired. Experience supporting enterprise systems in a health care or managed care environment a plus.

Salary Information: $9.88-$11.65/hr
Job Description: Responsible for direct supervision of program participants working at group placement sites.  Provide training, positive role model and direction to insure assigned contracts are completed in a timely fashion with emphasis on quality control and safety.
Job Requirements: High school diploma and one (1) year relevant work experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience. Successful completion and maintenance of agency-sponsored CPR/1st Aid certification. Must be completed within first 90 days of employment

Classification: Full Time, 40 hours, Day Hours
Salary Information: $12.01-$14.18/hour
Job Description: Responsible for and directly involved in the development, implementation, periodic review, and revision of individual’s habilitation plans for caseload of assigned participants, in accordance with Part 635 and all other applicable regulatory requirements. Observes program policies and procedures to maintain an environment that promotes the well being of participants and the protection of their individual rights, including the right to human and dignified treatment.
Job Requirements: BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Rehabilitation or related Human Services field. Over one (1) year experience in treating or working with those who have developmental disabilities. Must be a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).
Conditions of Employment: Successful completion of mandatory training requirements within first three (3) months of hire, including certification in first aid and CPR. Must be van certified.
