Classification: Temporary Position, 35-40 hours per week

Salary Information: $10.51-$11.88/ur

Job Description: Carries out the provision of various custodial contracts and instructs and supervises assigned program participants. Provides for the safe transportation of program participants and materials to and from the various job sites as required.

Job Requirements: Over two years relevant work experience with knowledge of custodial operations and experience in supervision of others. Valid NYS Driver's license, no moving violations for twelve (12) months prior to hire.

Additonal Information: Temporary position, up to 6 months This position is an anticipation of expanded services and there is a possibility for on-going, benefit eligible employment

Classification: Full Time 40 hours per week, evening hours

Salary Information: $10.65-$12.53/hr

Job Description: Responsible for operation of assigned room, including incorporating individual program plans into daily activities. Provides training opportunities designed to enhance each person’s self-sufficiency in the areas of personal independence, community integration and productivity. Promotes the well being of participants and the protection of their individual rights, through the support of agency mission, vision and values. Maintains the confidentiality of participants’ personal information, in accordance with legal requirements

Job Requirements: H.S. Diploma and two (2) years relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Reliable means of transportation and safe driving record.

Conditions of Employment: Successful completion of mandatory training requirements within first three (3) months of hire, including certification in Behavior Management (SCIP-R), Certification to drive agency vehicles/vans, Lifting and other physical assistance techniques, CPR and First Aid. Medication Administration certification and Occasional Driver Certification (transporting individuals in staff’s personal vehicle) may also be required.

Salary Information: $10.51-$11.26/hour

Job Description: Charged with the timely pick up and delivery of Abbey Industries, Eberhardt Center, Recreation and contract services passengers, assuring their safety and providing the necessary supervision and direction to ensure this. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain and protect the individual rights of passengers. Promotes and maintains positive and professional communication.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, and over one year applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. No moving violations for 12 months prior to hire. Valid NYS Commercial Drivers License C with Passenger Endorsement or willing to acquire within 30 days of hire. Must be Department of Motor Vehicles 19?A certifiable. Must participate in mandatory drug and alcohol testing program.

Classification: Part Time, 25 hours, Monday-Friday 9am-2pm

Salary Information: $10.51/hr-$11.88/hr

Job Description: Responsible for direct supervision of program participants working at group placement sites. Provide training, positive role model and direction to insure assigned contracts are completed in a timely fashion with emphasis on quality control and safety.

Job Requirements: High school diploma and one (1) year relevant work experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience.

Conditions of Employment: Successful completion and maintenance of agency-sponsored CPR/1st Aid certification. Must be completed within first 90 days of employment.

Job Description: Responsible for performing a variety of analytical and accounting assignments, many of which are confidential in nature. This position requires accounting knowledge and detailed analysis expertise. Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of the agency’s monthly financial statements and various reporting. .

Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in accounting. • Strong Excel skills. • Experience using accounting software – Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and strives for continuous improvement. • Strengths in problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet assigned deadlines.

Classification: Full Time, 40 hours M-F days

Salary Information: $12.25/hr-$14.47/hr

Job Description: Responsible for and directly involved in the development, implementation, periodic review, and revision of individual’s habilitation plans for caseload of assigned participants, in accordance with Part 635 and all other applicable regulatory requirements. Observes program policies and procedures to maintain an environment that promotes the well being of participants and the protection of their individual rights, including the right to human and dignified treatment

Job Requirements: BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Rehabilitation or related Human Services field. Over one year experience in treating or working with those who have developmental disabilities. Must be a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).

Conditions of Employment: Successful completion of mandatory training requirements within first three (3) months of hire, including certification in first aid and CPR. Must be van certified

Classification: Full Time, 40 Hours

Salary Information: $10.78-hr-$12.73/hr

Job Description: Provides computer hardware and software support to ARC staff. Works closely with systems staff to provide development of Wide Area Networks (WANs), Local Area Networks (LANs), and ongoing solutions to support the Information Systems needs of Ontario ARC.

Job Requirements: Associates Degree preferred with at least two (2) years of experience providing hardware and software support to small-to-medium sized companies. Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Windows desktop computers. Experience supporting the Microsoft networking and active directory environment. Experience supporting the Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Exchange and similar applications. Skills Problem solving, technical understanding, communication and organization skills required

Classification: Flexible Schedule

Salary Information: $9.93-$10.68/hour

Job Description: Replaces FT residential staff on an as needed basis. Provides supervision and assistance to residential consumers on an individual or small group basis. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being and safety of residents, the protection of their individual rights, and the provision of individualized services.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience and at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience.

Conditions of Employment: CPR, First Aid Certification, SCIP, agency orientation and required agency trainings. Medication Administration, van certification, and occasional driver certification is optional, but program subs who acquire all three will receive additional compensation.

Classification: Part Time, 20 Hours

Salary Information: $11.21-$13.24/hr

Job Description: To provide work and personal adjustment services for individuals participating in the Project SEARCH Program. Provision and documentation of job coaching, counseling, case management and employer contact.

Job Requirements: Associate's degree in Health, Human Services or a related field, over three years of work experience, preferably in working with disabled people or training of others, with one year of this experience to include assessment and service plan development or an equivalent amount of education/experience.

Classification: Part Time hours

Salary Information: $9.33/h-$10.68/hr

Job Description: Responsible for conducting agency recreation activities, including leisure time and social events, Special Children's Rec programs, and Special Olympics Training Club. Observes agency policies and procedures to maintain an environment which promotes the well-being of participants and the protection of their individual rights, including the right to humane and dignified treatment.

Job Requirements: H.S. Diploma and one (1) year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Safe driving record.

Conditions of Employment: CPR and First Aid Certification. May be asked to become certified to drive agency vehicles.

Provides training opportunities designed to enhance each consumer's self sufficiency in the areas of personal independence, community integration and productivity. Observes agency policies and procedures to maintain an environment which promotes the well-being of participants and the protection of their individual rights, including the right to humane and dignified treatment

Job Requirements: H.S. Diploma and one (1) year experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Reliable means of transportation and safe driving record.

Classification: Full Time, 40 hours

Salary Information: $11.21-$13.24/hr

Job Description: Responsible for working out of a site with a manager who is shared with another location, thus assumes additional duties of technical supervision and problem solving. Implements coaching plan with newly hired and transferred Skills Instructors and Program Substitutes. Ensures residential site is properly staffed to meet the daily needs of the site. Provides training and implements individual goals and services according to Residential Habilitative Plan with individuals in the residential setting. Is a resource to site staff providing training, orientation, and direction on the day-to-day routine of the site, resident routines, and agency policies and procedures. Maintains knowledge of procedures and systems in the operation of the residential setting including medical procedures and medication ordering, recreation, Single Personal Record-Therap, nutrition and menu planning, and site finances. May be asked to perform duties in place of or in absence of the Residence Manager, including contacts, scheduling, staff training and redirection, problem solving and day to day conflict resolution, and overall responsibility for the site maintenance and participant well being. Communicates regularly with all members of the residents’ teams, including families.

Job Requirements: HS Diploma and over two years relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience. Residential specific experience preferred but not required. Valid NYS Driver's License with no moving violations twelve (12) months prior to hire. Will be required to obtain and maintain Occasional Driver Certification and Agency Driver Certification. Must be 21 years of age to meet these requirements. Will also be required to obtain and maintain Medication Certification.

Job Description: To assist the consumer in meeting immediate needs while promoting long term self advocacy, self direction and informed choice. Responsible for identification of needed and desired supports and services, and follow up to ensure the supports and services are being delivered and are appropriate.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field, or RN, and over one (1) year experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or 1 year working as a Service Coordinator with any population. Must have a reliable means of transportation.

Classification: Part Time & Full Time, Evening & Overnight Hours

Salary Information: $10.51-$11.26/hour

Job Description: Provides training to residential consumers in the activities of daily living skills and on an individual and small group basis. Implements individual goals and services recommended by the treatment team, according to methods, time frames, outlined by Residential Habilitation Plans. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being of residents and the protection of their individuals rights, while ensuring individualized services. Remains awake and on duty throughout the night.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Will be required to obtain and maintain Medication Certification.

Conditions of Employment: CPR, First Aid and SCIP certification

Classification: Part time, 25 hours, (some evenings and weekends)
