Classification: Full Time, 33.5 hours

Salary Information: $11.21 - $12.58 per hour

Job Description: We need PROFESSIONAL Baristas who will be responsible for direct supervision of a small group of program participants working in the shop -- providing training in preparing/serving specialty drinks and snacks. Serves as a positive role model to team members and provides direction to ensure high customer service. May provide safe transportation of program participants to and from the job site.

Job Requirements: Must have a clean NYS Driver’s License. Two years’ experience as a Barista. Supervision experience a plus.

Additonal Information: Shift 1 Mon. - Fri. 6:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and Every other Sat. 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Shift 2 Mon. - Fri. 12:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Every other Sat. 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Job Description: The Controller provides supervision and support to the Agency Finance Department under the guidance of the Associate Executive Director, CFO. The position provides leadership to the Finance Department and acts on behalf of the Associate Executive Director, CFO in his/her absence to assist the Executive Director and the members of the management team as financial advisor. Responsibilities include assisting the management team to understand the financial performance of the Agency’s programs and to utilize financial insights for planning, budgeting and forecasting across the organization. The Controller ensures timely reporting and coordinates the Agency’s financial analysis utilized by management to make strategic decisions. This position is responsible for the business operations of the Agency, financial analysis and operational accounting, as well as developing comprehensive controls designed to mitigate financial risk and to ensure accuracy of financial data. The Controller will continuously review and improve processes and procedures and ensures Agency accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.

Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, minimum of 4+ years accounting experience. • Must have strong supervisory skills. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, managerial, analytical, problem solving and keen attention to detail skills. • Excellent Excel skills. • Experience using accounting software. Microsoft Dynamics - Great Plains experience is a plus. • Experience with the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities is a plus.

Classification: Part Time, 15-20 hours per week

Provides training opportunities designed to enhance each person’s self-sufficiency in the areas of personal independence, community integration and productivity. Promotes the well being of participants and the protection of their individual rights, through the support of agency mission, vision and values. Maintains the confidentiality of participants’ personal information, in accordance with legal requirements

Job Requirements: . Must be 18. HS diploma or an equivalent amount of education/experience and one year of experience preferred. Valid NYS Driver’s license with no moving violations for twelve months prior to hire.

Conditions of Employment: Successful completion of mandatory training requirements within first three (3) months of hire, including, but not limited to certification in Behavior Management (SCIP-R), Lifting and other physical assistance techniques, CPR and First Aid. Medication Administration certification and Agency Driver Certification.

Job Description: Charged with the timely pick up and delivery of Abbey Industries, Eberhardt Center, Recreation and contract services passengers, assuring their safety and providing the necessary supervision and direction to ensure this. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain and protect the individual rights of passengers. Promotes and maintains positive and professional communication.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, and over one year applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. No moving violations for 12 months prior to hire. Valid NYS Commercial Drivers License C with Passenger Endorsement or willing to acquire within 30 days of hire. Must be Department of Motor Vehicles 19?A certifiable. Must participate in mandatory drug and alcohol testing program.

Salary Information: $11.48-$13.43/hr

Job Description: Provides computer hardware and software support to ARC staff. Works closely with systems staff to provide development of Wide Area Networks (WANs), Local Area Networks (LANs), and ongoing solutions to support the Information Systems needs of Ontario ARC

Job Requirements: Associates Degree preferred with at least two (2) years of experience providing hardware and software support to small-to-medium sized companies. Staff training experience a plus. Will be required to obtain experience in current Windows desktop operating system, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Exchange and similar applications. Experience with Microsoft server and VMWare virtualization environments a plus.

Salary Information: $12.54-$14.67/hr

Job Description: Responsible for providing placement services to individuals involved in: ACCES-VR Special Placement Services, Supported Employment and OPWDD ETP participants. To include aiding the participant in developing the skills necessary to obtain and maintain employment, provision of follow up services and marketing of the program to employers and the community.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree and over one (1) year experience in rehabilitation, placement services or a related field (i.e., sales) or equivalent amount of education and experience

Conditions of Employment: Must attend all required Innovations trainings offered by OPWDD. Must complete Agency Driver Certification within 3 months of hire.

Job Description: Performs a variety of supervisory, resident related and program administrative functions to ensure efficient day to day operation of assigned residential sites or departments. Has general responsibility for the overall development, implementation, periodic review and revision of residential habilitation plans for all residents. Serves as QMRP for residential habilitation plans for assigned sites. Helps to ensure a homelike environment is maintained in a safe, sanitary, and attractive condition. Ensures that program policies and procedures are implemented or observed by staff, to promote the well being of residents and the protection of their individual rights, and while ensuring individualized services are provided.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services Field and over three (3) years relevant experience including one (1) year performing or participating in assessments and service planning for the developmentally disabled or other population and one (1) year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Valid NYS Driver's License with no moving violations 12 months prior to date of hire.

Conditions of Employment: CPR and First Aid certification. SCIP certification, if necessary. Medication Administration Certification. Certification to drive agency vehicles and Occasional Driver certification. Dependent upon site, may need certification to give Diabetic Injections.

Classification: Flexible Schedule

Salary Information: $10.63-$11.38/hour

Job Description: Replaces FT residential staff on an as needed basis. Provides supervision and assistance to residential consumers on an individual or small group basis. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being and safety of residents, the protection of their individual rights, and the provision of individualized services.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience and at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience.

Conditions of Employment: CPR, First Aid Certification, SCIP, agency orientation and required agency trainings. Medication Administration, van certification, and occasional driver certification is optional, but program subs who acquire all three will receive additional compensation.

Job Description: Responsible for site oversight, including scheduling and supervision of DSP’s. Involved in problem solving and day to day conflict resolution. Communicates regularly with all members of the team, including families. Is a resource to site staff providing and scheduling necessary trainings as well as providing direction on the day-to-day routine of the site, participant routines, and agency policies and procedures. Ensures active and meaningful habilitation is provided in accordance with OPWDD regulations. Implements and supervises general program functions. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to ensure safety of and promote the well-being of participants and the protection of their individual rights. Maintains knowledge of procedures and systems in the operation of the setting, which may include medical procedures, medication ordering, recreation, nutrition and menu planning, and site finances as well as all related documentation. Demonstrates the agency mission, vision and values, as well as ensures the practice of these by Direct Support Professionals

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and over one year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience. Field- specific experience preferred. Valid NYS Driver's License with no moving violations twelve (12) months prior to hire.

Conditions of Employment: CPR and First Aid Certification and Medication Administration. Positive Approaches. All Staff are Teachers training and peer coach designation. Will be required to obtain and maintain Agency Driver Certification

Classification: Full Time, 40 Hours M-F

Salary Information: $23.90/hr

Job Description: Responsible for the supervision, coordination and provision of health care and nursing services to assigned individuals served by Ontario ARC. Responsible for oversight of medication administration in a variety of agency program settings. Maintains medical and health related information. Provides counseling in individual and group settings on the maintenance of health, prevention of illness and disability and the management of chronic disease. Works with family members and staff, or other collaterals to enhance effectiveness of treatment. Provides supervision to LPNS, if needed.

Job Requirements: RN currently registered by the NYS Department of Education, with a minimum of two years experience working with persons with developmental disabilities performing or participating in assessments and treatment planning.

Conditions of Employment: Red Cross First Aid/CPR Certification Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Certification. (If Requested)

Job Description: The Rehabilitation Counselor assumes the lead role in provision of Rehabilitation Counseling. Responsibilities will include: vocational assessment, planning, training, counseling, referral and advocacy for individuals assigned to their caseload. In addition, they have the responsibility for communication and documentation of services provided or required, in accordance with regulation requirements and agency policy and philosophy.

Job Requirements: Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counselor or Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Education or related field plus three years of experience providing rehabilitation services to individuals in a vocational setting. Must meet qualifications for QMRP. Clean driver’s record and reliable means of transportation required.

Job Requirements: H.S. Diploma and one (1) year experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Reliable means of transportation and safe driving record.

Conditions of Employment: Specialized training and/or certification in Positive Approaches, Lifting and other physical assistance techniques. CPR and First Aid.

Salary Information: Fair Market Starting Salary $15.35/hr

Job Description: To assist the consumer in meeting immediate needs while promoting long term self advocacy, self direction and informed choice. Responsible for identification of needed and desired supports and services, and follow up to ensure the supports and services are being delivered and are appropriate.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field, or RN, and over one (1) year experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or 1 year working as a Service Coordinator with any population. Must have a reliable means of transportation.

Additonal Information: Position anticipated to transition into Managed Care/Care Coordination.

Salary Information: $11.21-$11.96/hour

Job Description: Provides training to residential consumers in the activities of daily living skills and on an individual and small group basis. Implements individual goals and services recommended by the treatment team, according to methods, time frames, outlined by Residential Habilitation Plans. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being of residents and the protection of their individuals rights, while ensuring individualized services. Remains awake and on duty throughout the night.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Will be required to obtain and maintain Medication Certification.
