Job Description: Responsibilities require supervisory and accounting skills. This position reports to and supports the Associate Executive Director, CFO. Responsibilities include performing a variety of analytical, accounting and reporting duties. The position will continuously review and improve processes and procedures. Position’s responsibilities include internal and external financial reporting, financial analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting across the organization.

Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, minimum of 4+ years accounting experience. • Must have strong supervisory skills. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, managerial, analytical, problem solving and keen attention to detail skills. • Excellent Excel skills. • Experience using accounting software. Microsoft Dynamics - Great Plains experience is a plus.

Classification: Monday-Friday (split shifts), Hours Vary

Salary Information: $10.51-$11.26/hour

Job Description: Charged with the timely pick up and delivery of Abbey Industries, Eberhardt Center, Recreation and contract services passengers, assuring their safety and providing the necessary supervision and direction to ensure this. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain and protect the individual rights of passengers. Promotes and maintains positive and professional communication.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, and over one year applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. No moving violations for 12 months prior to hire. Valid NYS Commercial Drivers License C with Passenger Endorsement or willing to acquire within 30 days of hire. Must be Department of Motor Vehicles 19?A certifiable. Must participate in mandatory drug and alcohol testing program.

Classification: Full Time, 40 Hours

Job Description: Responsible for performing a variety of analytical and accounting assignments, many of which are confidential in nature. This position requires accounting knowledge and detailed analysis expertise. Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of the agency’s monthly financial statements and various reporting. .

Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in accounting. • Strong Excel skills. • Experience using accounting software – Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and strives for continuous improvement. • Strengths in problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet assigned deadlines.

Classification: Flexible Schedule

Salary Information: $9.93-$10.68/hour

Job Description: Replaces FT residential staff on an as needed basis. Provides supervision and assistance to residential consumers on an individual or small group basis. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being and safety of residents, the protection of their individual rights, and the provision of individualized services.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience and at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience.

Conditions of Employment: CPR, First Aid Certification, SCIP, agency orientation and required agency trainings. Medication Administration, van certification, and occasional driver certification is optional, but program subs who acquire all three will receive additional compensation.

Classification: Full Time, 30 Hours

Salary Information: $11.21-$13.24/hr

Job Description: To provide work and personal adjustment services for individuals participating in the Project SEARCH Program. Provision and documentation of job coaching, counseling, case management and employer contact.

Job Requirements: Associate's degree in Health, Human Services or a related field, over three years of work experience, preferably in working with disabled people or training of others, with one year of this experience to include assessment and service plan development or an equivalent amount of education/experience.

Classification: Full Time, 32 hours per week

Job Description: Has primary responsibility for the overall purchasing needs of the agency. On a day-to-day basis will assure that the materials and supplies needed by any program within the agency are available. Will work closely with other staff to ensure that program or service specific needs are met. Many duties are confidential in nature

Job Requirements: AAS Degree in Accounting or Business Administration and two years’ business / accounting experience or comparable. Purchasing experience a plus. Software requirements: Excel, Word. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) accounting software a plus.

Salary Information: $35,100 /year

Job Description: May serve as QMRP to oversee Individual Residential plans. Provides training to residents in the activities of daily living on an individual and small group basis. Develops and implements individual goals and services recommended by the treatment team. Trains site staff on proper implementation, methods, and time frames. Performs a variety of supervisory, resident related and program administrative functions to ensure efficient day to day operation of assigned residential site. Helps to ensure a homelike environment is maintained in a safe, sanitary, and attractive condition. Ensures that program policies and procedures are implemented or observed by staff, to promote the well being of residents and the protection of their individual rights:

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Services field and three years of relevant experience, including one year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Candidates with QMRP requirements (with at least one year of working with those who have developmental disabilities) preferred.

Salary Information: $30,000/yr ($14.42/Hr)

Job Description: To assist the consumer in meeting immediate needs while promoting long term self advocacy, self direction and informed choice. Responsible for identification of needed and desired supports and services, and follow up to ensure the supports and services are being delivered and are appropriate.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field, or RN, and over one (1) year experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or 1 year working as a Service Coordinator with any population. Must have a reliable means of transportation.

Classification: Part Time & Full Time, Evening & Overnight Hours

Salary Information: $10.51-$11.26/hour

Job Description: Provides training to residential consumers in the activities of daily living skills and on an individual and small group basis. Implements individual goals and services recommended by the treatment team, according to methods, time frames, outlined by Residential Habilitation Plans. Observes agency and program policies and procedures to maintain a residential environment that promotes the well being of residents and the protection of their individuals rights, while ensuring individualized services. Remains awake and on duty throughout the night.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Will be required to obtain and maintain Medication Certification.

Conditions of Employment: CPR, First Aid and SCIP certification

Classification: Full Time, 40 hours Monday - Friday days, 2 Positions

Salary Information: $10.51-$11.26,hr

Job Description: Provides habilitation support services to individuals with developmental disabilities, generally on a small group or one-to-one basis in a variety of settings. Provides training opportunities designed to enhance each person’s self-sufficiency in the areas of personal independence, community integration and productivity. Promotes agency mission, vision and values.

Job Requirements: H.S. Diploma and up to one (1) year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. Reliable means of transportation and safe driving record.

Conditions of Employment: Successful completion of mandatory training requirements within first three (3) months of hire. This may include, certification in Behavior Management (SCIP-R), Certification to drive agency vehicles/vans, Lifting and other physical assistance techniques, CPR and First Aid, Medication Administration certification and Occasional Driver Certification (transporting individuals in staff’s personal vehicle).
