NO HOLIDAYS – NO WEEKENDS – NO EVENINGS –

NO 12 HOUR SHIFTS

"I started my career at Ontario ARC in 1987. Initially, I thought this would be a job I would do while my kids were young. Twenty-three years later, I’m still here and I LOVE it. I knew right from the beginning that the nursing positions at Ontario ARC are well respected by everyone, and that’s not necessarily true for nursing positions elsewhere. I have the opportunity to work independently and I am given autonomy. No two days are ever the same. My co-workers are amazing -- they love their jobs and it is a pleasure to work in that kind of environment."

A Registered Nurse at Ontario ARC has the opportunity to:

. Build lasting relationships with the people we serve and their family members.

. Develop professional relationships with area medical providers and service professionals.

. Provide instruction to staff regarding medical concerns.

. Have input regarding medical policies and practices of the agency.

. Become a member of a quality caregiving team that works in an environment that provides respect for all.

If you are a Registered Nurse thinking about a career move that will take you to a place where you are valued and appreciated, where you have the flexibility to meet your personal and family needs, as well as your professional needs -–then come talk to us.

Ontario ARC offers an outstanding benefit package including generous time off, access to a 401(K) plan and educational assistance, health and dental options and paid holidays.
