Below is a speech made by Honorary Chair Greg Constantino at the event:
My wife Stephanie and I were honored to chair The Canandaigua Wine Mixer to benefit the Ontario ARC.
The ARC is truly an amazing organization. We were unaware of all the great programs that they offer until a few years ago when our son Jack needed a Medicaid service coordinator.
The ARC serves over 1000 people ranging from children to senior citizens, right here in our community.
A short list of their services and programs :
They have an autism center
They offer pet connections pet therapy
They have a unique College experience program
Provide Career training as well as help individuals secure employment and
Transitional Residential programs to help individuals live independently.
When you have a family member with a disability, all you want for them is to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. And that’s just what the ARC does in our community.
All of the money raised during the Canandaigua Wine Mixer supports these programs. The Ontario ARC is a wonderful community resource that we should all be very proud of.
So thank you for being here. Thank you for your generosity. Have fun tonight. Enjoy the amazing food and drinks, the wonderful entertainment and by all means…Spend some money. It’s for a good cause!
A quick toast… That we may all live and help others to live a meaningful and fulfilling life! Cheers
