Congratulations to our 2015 Project SEARCH graduates!
Participants in this program complete three 12-week internships at Finger Lakes Health and business in the community. Along the way, they work with an on-site job coach and dedicated staff to develop job and work skills that help shape their career path.
October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month– a wonderful time to celebrate the unique contributions individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities bring to the work force.
