Silver Connections: Social Adult Day Program Opening August 1, 2017

Ontario ARC is pleased to announce that its new social adult day program, Silver Connections, will open on August 1, 2017. Silver Connections, which will be located at the Eberhardt Center,  2975 County Road 48 in Canandaigua, provides a welcoming environment for aging adults, allowing individuals to maintain independence with access to support and social activities during the weekday daytime hours.

Silver Connections’ experienced staff provides quality care and support for people with Alzheimer’s disease, other dementias and/or adults who may need assistance with daily living activities. This program also provides the much-needed respite and peace of mind for caregivers that they deserve. The program will be open Monday through Friday 8AM – 4PM.
