Session Two: July 10 – 14
Session Three: July 17 – 21
Session Four: July 24 – 28

All kids deserve a summer camp experience, and The Autism Center at Ontario ARC is excited to bring this opportunity back in 2017! Formed through a partnership between The Autism Center and 4-H Camp Bristol Hills, the Summer Day Camp opportunity offers a unique and fun summer activity for children with disabilities or other challenges.

The Summer Day Camp gives children with unique needs an opportunity to create lasting memories and build new friendships within a supportive environment. Campers will improve their social, communication and physical skills and will have access to fun and educational activities including archery, beading, cooking, arts & crafts, fishing, geocaching, swimming, rocketry, and woodworking. Trained staff from Ontario ARC, including a special education teacher, provide on-site support to campers.

To attend the Summer Day Camp through The Autism Center at Ontario ARC, campers must have an intellectual or other developmental disability, including autism, and be between the ages of 8 and 16. *Please note: new campers must attend an Open House which will be held on April 22, May 21, and June 11 from 1-2 PM at 4-H Camp Bristol Hills located at 4437 Kear Road, Canandaigua, NY.

The cost for each session is $245 and scholarship opportunities are available! Camp sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a limit of 2 sessions per camper. Transportation is available Monday through Friday from the Cornell Cooperative Extension in Canandaigua. The bus will depart at 8:30AM and return at 4:30PM. Parents are responsible for Friday afternoon transportation.
