Aging Services

Our aging services are tailored to the needs of individuals as they age or move into retirement.

Services include:

  • Consultations to discuss options and services both in the agency and community

  • Help with understanding Health Care Proxies, Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (MOLST), and the process involved

  • Supportive Services during times of grief

  • Help with the Guardianship process

  • Activities such as Food Fun and Fitness, Senior Recreation Events, Picnics

  • Fall Prevention Assessments and education

  • Training

  • Senior Companionship Program

  • Education on caring for the aging population

Silver Connections, a division of The Arc Ontario, is a social adult day program located in Canandaigua, New York providing a welcoming, caring environment for aging adults. Families can rest assured that their loved ones are socially engaged, supported, and safe throughout the day.
