Soccer Opportunity in Canandaigua for Children and Young Adults with Disabilities
TOPSoccer brings the joys of playing soccer to those who have not traditionally had a place in the youth soccer system. The program, which welcomes children and young adults with disabilities or other challenges ages 5 to 21, is seeking players and volunteers in the Canandaigua area to join in this unique experience.
TOPSoccer is held on Saturday mornings 10AM-11:30AM at Frank Baker Park (Upper) in Canandaigua beginning May 12, 2018 – June 23, 2018.
Soccer players are matched with volunteers, called Buddies, to assist on the field. Buddies must be at least 12 years of age. No soccer experience is required for players or buddies. Coaches are also on hand to assist in the organization of games and drills.
